TIMBER NOT FENCED OFF FROM FIELD AND THERE IS MINIMUM UNDERGROWTH, GRAZED HEAVILY. LARGE OAK TREES NEXT TO PITS RANGE IN HEIGHT FROM 60-70' TALL, STAIGHT IN GROWTH HABIT.
