    A—0 to 8 centimeters (0.0 to 3.1 inches); very dark gray (10YR 3/1) and very dark gray (10YR 3/1) silt loam; moderate fine granular structure; friable; fragments; neutral, pH 6.6; clear wavy boundary. Lab sample # OSU0001139
