    A11—3 to 26 centimeters (1.2 to 10.2 inches); dark grayish brown (10YR 4/2), very dark brown (10YR 2/2), moist; loam; weak fine and medium subangular blocky structure; hard when dry, friable, nonsticky, slightly plastic; 21.0 roots; worm casts; fragments; slightly acid, pH 6.5, unspecified; clear wavy boundary.
