Location Description:
Starting from the center of the town of Petaluma find the point due northeast 3 1/4 miles where East Washington Street forms a T junction with Adobe Road. The site is 6000 feet northerly of this point on a line bearing 5 deg east of true north on a sloping hillside of aspect southeast. It is 1120 feet due southeast of the homestead (Beffa's milk barn).
