Described bi: BFS, PJZ, RCH, JAD, WLC, GB. Date Sampled: 06/62. 9 . . . . . . * . Classification: Fine-loamy, mixed, thermic Mollic Haploxeralf. Vegetation: Grasses. Climate: The precipitation is 45 inches per year. Mean annual temperature is 59 deg. F, with Jan. mean of 46 deg. F, and July mean of 74 deg. F. Parent Material: Greenstone. Geologic Formation: Franciscan Volcanics. Topography: This soil occurred at an e evation of 1050 feet, on an upper third hill slope of simp e, convex, steep relief (31% slope) with a south-southwest aspect. This soil has moderate permeability, is well drained with rapid runoff and has no erosion.
