    Ap—0 to 23 centimeters (0.0 to 9.1 inches); very dark grayish brown (10YR 3/2) exterior silty clay loam; 30 percent clay; moderate medium subangular blocky parts to moderate medium platy structure; 3 percent fine strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) masses of oxidized iron throughout; fragments. Lab sample # KSUSS1232. Redox feature most likely caused by flooding rather than water table.
